Casa Corfu is let as a whole house, for up to fourteen guests, by the week in high season.
Pricing is set per season and quoted for the whole villa rather than per person, so the figure you are given is the figure you pay. Send your dates and party size and we will come back the same day with availability and a total.

Rates cover the whole villa for up to 14 guests. The villa is open from April to October; Orthodox Easter weeks are quoted separately.

No resort fees, no per-person surcharge, and no charge for the beds you do not use.

Booking, in plain terms
- How do I hold a week?
- A thirty per cent deposit confirms the dates. The balance is due eight weeks before arrival, or in full if you book inside that window.
- Check-in and check-out
- Arrival from 16:00 and departure by 10:00. We can usually be flexible outside July and August, so ask if your flight is awkward.
- When is the villa open?
- From April to October. Orthodox Easter falls in season and those weeks are quoted separately.
- Is there a minimum stay?
- Four nights in shoulder season with any arrival day, five nights in June and September, and full weeks in July and August, when changeover is on Saturday.
- Can we rent fewer bedrooms?
- No. Casa Corfu is let as a whole house, which is what keeps it private for the party staying in it.
- Are pets allowed?
- No. The house is kept pet-free.
- What about a cot, a chef, or a car?
- A cot and a high chair are free of charge. Private chefs, transfers, car hire, boat days and in-villa massage can all be arranged before you arrive.
- Is a damage deposit taken?
- A refundable security deposit of €2,500 is taken with the balance and released within fourteen days of departure, assuming the house is as you found it.
